We are excited to invite you to a powerful evening dedicated to raising awareness about the urgent issue of men’s mental health in Wales. Join us upstairs at Newport Market on Thursday, 24th October, from 6-8pm for this special event.

In partnership with Cardiff-based photographer Suzie Larke, For Cardiff and prominent figures from across Wales, Helpu Cymru has created a series of striking images that capture the often-unspoken struggles of men in our communities titled Galvanise.

The evening will feature a special screening of a short film about the project, with Mo Jannah and others leading discussions on this vital topic. Together, we will explore the stories, spark conversation, and inspire action for change.

Admission is free, and we truly hope you can be part of this important conversation.
